Settled/Submitted for Settlement: Your payment has gone through.
Rejected: Your payment has been rejected by the bank. Please check with the bank to authorise online transactions, or check for other possible reasons.
Payment Pending/ Payment Processing: If this status appears on your voucher (under My Vouchers section on the Fave app), your transaction is being processed and is not yet successful or failed. Its final status will refresh in around 45-60 minutes. If the payment fails, the status will show “Voided”.
Voided: Your transaction did not go through. The amount will be refunded to the initial payment method in 7-14 working days.
