Visit the “My Cashback” page of the Cashback Mall Section and click on the Transaction History button.
Your Cashback Mall transactions will be reflected on the Transaction History page within 5-7 business days after your transaction date.
For Fave Cashback:
- “Pending Cashback” transactions mean that the Participating Merchant has tracked the transaction and will confirm the Fave Cashback amount after the allowed return period or the travel date.
- “Confirmed” transactions mean that the amount has been credited to your Fave Cashback balance.
- “Declined” transactions mean that the Participating Merchant has invalidated the transactions mainly due to the item(s) being returned or the reservation(s) being cancelled, and Fave will not be able to award the Fave Cashback to you.
For Fave e-Cashback:
- “Pending Cashback” transactions mean that Fave has received details that the Participating Merchant has tracked the transaction, and will confirm the Fave e-Cashback amount within 15-45 business days.
- "Confirmed” transactions mean that the amount has been credited to your Fave e-Cashback balance.
- “Declined” transactions mean that the Participating Merchant has invalidated the transactions mainly due to the item(s) being returned or the reservation(s) being cancelled, and Fave will not be able to award the Fave e-Cashback to you.
