Your Cashback might not have been tracked due to the following reasons:
- Each Participating Merchant has its own Terms and Conditions that you need to follow when placing an order. Non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions may render your purchase invalid, and thus, being deemed ineligible for Cashback. You should read and understand the Participating Merchant’s Terms & Conditions to ensure you meet all the requirements before being directed to their website/app.
- Fave Cashback takes around 60-120 business days to be processed and reflected in your Fave Cashback balance. Fave e-Cashback takes around 15-45 business days to be processed and reflected in your Fave e-Cashback balance. Both balances can be found under the “My Cashback” section in your Fave account profile upon crediting.
- Cancellation, return or exchange of your order. Cashback is only awarded for successful orders and will not be awarded for cancellations, returns or exchanges.
- For Travel-related sites, your Cashback will only be awarded to you after you have completed your travel plans.
