All refunds made within 3 days from the date of purchase for purchases made via credit / debit cards / E-Wallet (Boost and GrabPay)* will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds to card will be reflected in 7-14 working days whereas refunds to E-Wallet will be processed within 24 hours from the time of cancellation.
*This refund process for E-Wallets is effective for cancellations made on 5 Feb 2021 onwards and support for all devices with Fave app version of 2.92.0 and above. Vouchers purchased using Boost/GrabPay and cancelled before this date will be refunded in Fave Cashback only, whereby the Fave Cashback will be valid for 3 months to offset any transactions on Fave, sitewide.
However, refunds for purchases made using other payment methods will be processed in terms of Fave Cashback upon your cancelation of voucher(s).
Please take note:
- If you wish to cash out your refunded cashback do write to us promptly at hello@myfave.com, before any of the refunded Fave cashback has been utilized for your next purchase or have expired.
- Only transactions made via credit / debit card, and online banking are eligible for Cash refund requests
- A processing fee of 10% per transaction will be incurred.
- Once initiated, the cash refund will reflect in your statement in 7-14 working days.
- Cashback purchases cannot be refunded in Cash.
