After every redemption, there is a pop up wherein you can always rate and review your experience after a visit to an outlet within 7 days from your Deal redemption and/or FavePay transaction.
If you have accidentally closed the pop-up, you can also write in your experience to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We take our customer's feedback seriously and will review with our partner immediately for their further improvements. Should there be no improvement, we will consider our partnerships with them.
You can also write in about your positive experience. We love hearing from our customers!
