After every redemption, there is a pop up wherein you can always rate and review your experience after a visit to an outlet within 7 days from your Deal redemption and/or FavePay transaction.
If you have accidentally closed the pop-up, you can also write in your experience to us at email@example.com. We take our customers' feedback seriously and will review with our partners regularly for future improvements.
