I purchased a time-slot voucher but I would like to switch/reschedule the slot. Can I do this?

We are unable to assist with purchase switches or rescheduling at this time under any circumstances. 

If you have not passed the cancellation deadline for your original purchase, you're more than welcome to cancel the existing voucher and proceed with the purchase of the new voucher. Cancelled vouchers will receive refund in the form of credits.
