What happens if I can't redeem my voucher?

For purchases made by debit / credit card, if your voucher has not passed the cancelation deadline, you can cancel the voucher and have it refunded to your original method of payment. The refund will reflect on your end in 7-14 working days. 

For vouchers purchased using both Fave Cashback and debit / credit card, the refund will be made to your Fave account and bank account respectively. Any Fave Cashback, if refunded, will be valid for 3 months in your Fave account. 

Non-cancelable vouchers and vouchers that have passed the cancelation deadline will not receive a refund. You can also gift your voucher to a family / friend. For more details regarding gift vouchers, kindly refer to: Can I purchase a voucher as a gift?
