I just accidentally purchased a voucher that I didn’t mean to buy! What do I do?

Don't panic! The first thing you should do is check if you had past the cancellation deadline for the activity. If you haven't, then simply cancel the reservation. The charges will automatically be refunded to your account in the form of credits. 

If you find that the cancellation deadline has passed, do contact the Customer Happiness team via the live chat on the app or email us and we will review and assist your case accordingly.
