I want to buy a spa / hair / massage / mani-pedi voucher. What part of the Fine Print should I check before purchasing the offer?

Yay! We’re delighted to hear that you want to purchase an offer from Fave. For beauty and spa offers, we recommend paying special attention to the following clauses:

  • Limit 1 voucher per person.
    • Offers for 1 person: This means that each person can only redeem 1 voucher.
    • Offers for 2 people or more: This means that only one of you needs to present the voucher for redemption. If only 1 person uses the voucher, it does not equate to more sessions / longer treatment.
    • This is also applicable for gift purchases. For example, if you purchase a voucher with this clause and send it as a gift, you will not be able to purchase the voucher again and use it for yourself.
  • Valid for first-time customers only.
    • This means that the voucher is valid for first-time customers of the particular partner, regardless of the outlet location. If you are a first-time Fave user, but have visited the outlet before for a treatment, you are not considered to be a first-time customer.
    • Vouchers with this clause cannot be combined with another voucher from the same partner.
    • For example if Partner A has a two offers, but both have a “first-time customer” limitation, you can only choose to purchase and redeem 1 offer. This is because after redeeming one offer, you will no longer be considered as a first-time customer.
  • Valid for Malaysians only.
    • Voucher can only redeemed by Malaysian citizens (MyKad or MyKid holders).
  •  Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
    • Vouchers can only be redeemed by customers with the specific certification. Vouchers with the above clause are not valid for tourists.
      • Singaporeans: Singapore citizens.
      • PR: Permanent Resident
      • EP: Employment Pass
      • SP: S Pass
      • DP: Dependant’s Pass
      • WP: Work Permit
  • Voucher is non-cancellable and non-refundable / Voucher cannot be cancelled.
    • Vouchers with this clause are not subject to Fave’s cancellation policy. Once purchased, the voucher is not valid for a refund.
