What is a surcharge?

A surcharge is a compulsory payment, separate from the voucher, that must be paid directly to the partner if certain conditions are met. We advise all customers to read and understand any surcharge clauses in the Fine Print before purchasing an offer. Some common surcharge examples include:

  • Hair length and thickness surcharges:
    • RM/$xx surcharge for shoulder length hair.
    • RM/$xx surcharge for hair length pass the bra line.
  • Bleaching surcharges for hair colouring:
    • Bleaching/toning subject to a surcharge of RM/$xx.
  • Hair treatment surcharges:
    • Surcharge applicable for damaged hair conditions (subject to stylist’s consultation)
  • Nail / gel polish removal surcharges:
    • RM/$xx surcharge applies for polish or gel polish removal not done by partner.
  • Waxing surcharge:
    • Surcharge of RM/$xx for hard wax applicable for Brazilian / boyzilian and bikini line waxing.
  • Hair removal services surcharge:
    • RM/$xx surcharge applicable for shaving services done by Partner.
