I need a receipt for my purchase, how do I get it?

Upon making a successful FavePay transaction, you will receive an email confirmation with the payment details which can be used as a receipt.

If you would like an itemized receipt of your FavePay transaction, kindly request from our Partner’s staff at the outlet.

Alternatively, you can view the transaction details via the Fave App > My Payment History > Click on the transaction you want to view.
