We encourage customers to double check their total bill amount on FavePay before clicking 'Pay Now'. However, if you have overpaid / underpaid, your transaction can be canceled and refunded.
FavePay refunds can be processed in 2 ways:
1. If the transaction was canceled by the partner within 24 hours.
If you have issues with your FavePay transaction, the partner can cancel the transaction for you. For canceled payments that were originally made by card (debit / credit), the transaction will be refunded to your card and will be reflected on your bank statement in 7-14 working days.
For transactions made by payment methods other than debit / credit card, the refund will be processed in Fave Cashback and will have a validity of 3 months.
2. Contact Customer Happiness after 24 hours.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you made the transaction, you will need to contact our Customer Happiness team via live chat on the Fave app (ME > HELP CENTRE > TALK TO US). It will take at least 1 working day for the request to be processed and approved. If approved, Fave Cashback will be awarded in 2 -3 days, while cash refunds will take 7 - 14 days to be refunded. The Partner Cashback from the refunded transaction will be deducted from your account.
Please make sure you have your physical receipt safe with you as it would be crucial in a faster resolution.
