We encourage customers to double check their total bill amount on FavePay before clicking 'Pay Now'. However, if you have overpaid / underpaid, your transaction can be cancelled and refunded.
FavePay refunds can be processed in 2 ways:
1. If the transaction was cancelled by the partner within 24 hours.
If you have issues with your FavePay transaction, the partner can cancel the transaction for you. The transaction amount is immediately refunded to your Fave Cashback and you will not receive any Partner Cashback for that transaction.
2. Contact Customer Happiness after 24 hours.
If it has been more than 24 hours, you need to contact the Customer Happiness team via live chat on the Fave app. It will take at least 1 working day for the request to be processed and approved. If approved, Fave Cashback will be awarded in 2 -3 days, while cash refunds will take 7 - 14 days to be refunded. The Partner Cashback from the refunded transaction will be deducted from your account.
Please do make sure you have your physical receipt safe with you as it would be crucial in faster resolution.
