If you wish to close your Fave account, you may do so by going to your Fave app > "Me" tab > Settings (gear icon on top right), and click on the "Delete my account" button at the bottom of the page. You can then click on "Contact live chat" to be directed to our Customer Happiness Team to assist you further with this process.
Do take note that if you were to proceed with closing your Fave account, any existing and unredeemed vouchers and Cashbacks will be forfeited, and all your payment details and payment history will be deleted. Thus, we would encourage you to utilize your purchases and Cashbacks accordingly prior to the closure of your Fave account.
It makes us sad to see you leave, but we will always welcome you back in open arms! While all your details, purchases, and Cashbacks from your previous account would have been deleted when the account was closed, if you wish to continue using Fave in the future, you may do so by registering for a brand new account from your end.
