Why didn't I receive any Partner Cashback?

For Partners who do not offer Partner Cashback, Partner Cashback information will not be available on the Partner’s page. Partner Cashback will not be granted for payments made entirely in Fave Cashback and/or Partner Cashback.

Some Partners may have certain products/ services that are not eligible for the earning of Partner Cashback even though they accept FavePay in general. If so, there will be an additional box for the “Undiscounted Amount” on their payment page:

If any part of your payment is ineligible for Partner Cashback/ discounts, simply follow the following steps: 

  1. Enter your total bill amount as per usual; 
  2. Enter the amount within your bill that is not eligible for Partner Cashback/ discounts in the “Undiscounted amount” box;
  3. Tap on “Continue” and then “Pay Now” to confirm your payment.
