Partner Cashback usually valid for 3 months; until the end of third month upon issuance (unless stated otherwise), and can be used back to the same partner you have earned it from.
If you encounter any FavePay concern and the transaction requires a refund, any Partner Cashback earned from the cancelled transaction will be voided. Any Partner Cashback used on the cancelled transaction will be refunded back with the original validity period.
Please note that once the Partner Cashback expires, it can no longer be used for transaction, reinstated for extension nor can it be converted to cash. All Partner Cashback has to be used within the stated validity.
You can click on 'Me' tab > My Cashback > Partner Cashback > click on the specific partner to find the Partner Cashback details breakdown and validity period.
