Once a voucher is canceled, you can proceed to purchase a new voucher, subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the voucher.
For vouchers purchased through debit/credit card/ online banking/ e-wallet*, upon cancelation, you will receive a full refund in your original payment method. Card and online banking refunds will be reflected in 7-14 working days whereas refunds back to e-wallets will take 24 hours to be processed. Any amount paid using e-Cashback and/or Fave Cashback will be refunded back in its original e-Cashback/ Fave Cashback form, with its original validity period.
Please take note: Any Promo Code used for the cancelled purchase will be forfeited and will not be applicable for the next purchase.
* This cancellation process for purchases made using E-Wallet is effective on 5 Feb 2021 onwards and support for all devices with Fave app version of 2.92.0 and above. Vouchers purchased using Boost/GrabPay and cancelled before this date will be refunded in Fave Cashback only, whereby the Fave Cashback will be valid for 3 months to offset any transactions on Fave, sitewide.
