Please note that partial refund is not supported at the moment.
Here’s are the generic steps to appeal any refund request for IPP transaction: -
Step 1: Kindly contact merchant to get approval of refund
Step 2: Once you have collected the proof of payment and refund approval from merchant, please share the supporting document to hello@myfave.com or “Talk to Us” via the Fave app
Step 3: Once customer happiness team has confirmed that you refund has been processed, you will need to call your bank to cancel the IPP transaction.
