Every order placed on Fave is provided with a unique Receipt ID (Eg. Receipt ID: 1233-12XX). Your Receipt ID will be sent to you via the confirmation email as soon as you place the order. This detail is also available on the Fave app in the “My Gift Cards” and “My Payment History” sections.
The status of the Gift Card will be automatically updated in the app under “My Gift Cards”.
