First... don't panic! Find out the meaning of the payment statuses below:
- Rejected: Your payment has been rejected by the bank. You can contact your issuing bank for further clarification and/or to clarify on possible reasons.
- Voided: Your transaction did not go through. If any amount was charged, the amount will be refunded to the initial payment method in 7-14 working days for credit/debit card and online banking, and 24-48 hours for e-wallet.
- Payment Pending/ Payment Processing:
If this status appears on your voucher (under My Vouchers section on the Fave app), your transaction is being processed and is not yet successful or failed. Its final status will refresh in around 45-60 minutes. If the payment fails, the status will show “Voided”.
Note: If your payment has gone through successfully, the status will be displayed as Settled/Submitted for Settlement.
