These terms and conditions apply to the Spend, Save, and Win Lucky Draw organized by Fave Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd ("Fave"). By participating in this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Fave.
Campaign Rules:
Campaign Period: 1 December 2024 - 31 January 2025
Eligibility:
- Open to all registered Fave App users (“Participants”) in Malaysia.
- Participants must use DuitNow QR payments for transactions with Fave participating merchants during the Campaign Period to qualify for the Lucky Draw
Entry Method:
Participants can enter the Lucky Draw by completing the following steps:
Step 1: Make a DuitNow QR transaction
Step 2: Instantly enjoy RM2 off your purchase (limited redemptions available).
Step 3: Log in to the Fave app and enter the unique code provided (in the form of a physical voucher) after your DuitNow QR transaction to join the Lucky Draw.
Lucky Draw Participation:
- Promo code must be redeemed on the Fave App between 1 Dec 2024 and 3 Feb 2025. When keying in your unique promo code, you will get a 100% discount on the Lucky Draw purchase.
- Each unique code represents one Lucky Draw entry.
- Participants may submit multiple entries to increase their chances of winning.
- Only entries with a valid promo code will be considered; purchases without a promo code are not eligible.
Campaign Prizes:
Grand Prize: A total of three (3) units of iPhone 16 to be awarded during the Campaign Period.
Consolation Prizes: RM3,000 worth of prizes will be awarded to other participants, which is solely determined by Fave
Winner Selection:
- The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries throughout the Campaign Period.
- The draw will take place at Fave’s headquarters after the end of the Campaign.
Announcement of Winners:
- Winners will be announced on Fave’s official social media pages within 7 days of the lucky draw.
- Participants should check Fave’s Instagram or Facebook page for updates.
Prize Collection:
- Winners will be contacted via email or phone with instructions to claim their prizes.
- Prizes must be claimed within 14 days from the date of notification at the designated address:
E-16-D1, Block E, Plaza Mont Kiara, 2, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 KL
- Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and Fave assumes no liability in such cases.
General Terms:
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and/or non-redeemable for cash or other items.
- Fave reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
- By participating, participants consent to Fave using their names and photos for promotional purposes.
- Fave reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising from the campaign shall be governed by Malaysian laws.
Exclusions:
- Employees of Fave, Pine Labs, and/or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Fraudulent and/or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
