FavePay transactions are made after you have received your services and therefore cannot be cancelled by you. However, in cases whereby you have paid wrong amount, or to wrong outlet, you can request the partner to cancel* it on their end within 24 hours.
For all transactions made by bank card (debit/credit) OR e-wallet (Boost / GrabPay / Touch 'n Go)**, once the partner cancels the transaction on their end, the charges will automatically be refunded to your method of payment within 7-14 working days (for bank card) or within 24-48 hours for transaction made via e-wallet.
For all transactions made by card/e-wallet and Fave Cashback, the refund will be made to the card/ e-wallet and Fave account, respectively. Any Fave Cashback/Partner Cashback amount, if refunded, will be processed back to its' original form, and the refunded cashback will follow the cashback's original validity period.
*Any promo code used or cashback earned from the FavePay transaction will also be forfeited upon cancellation of the transaction.
**This process is effective for cancellations made on 5 Feb 2021 onwards and support for all devices with Fave app version of 2.92.0 and above. Transactions made using E-Wallet and cancelled before this date will be refunded in Fave Cashback only, whereby the Fave Cashback will be valid for 3 months to offset any transactions on Fave, sitewide.
