- Insufficient balance
- Has exceeded daily transaction limit
- Expired card
- Is report as lost/stolen to your issuing bank
- Issuing bank has retained your card
- Restricted transaction
To ensure smooth payment process, please make sure your primary payment method (credit/debit card or e-wallet) has sufficient amount to be deducted.
If you have encountered the error "Oh Snap! Your payment was declined. Please contact your issuing bank, or try again with a different payment method", please contact your bank for further clarification on possible error. Otherwise, you can try to change your payment method and make the attempt once again.
If you have encountered the error "Oh Snap! Your payment was declined. Please check your payment details and try again.", please cross-check the card details that are saved under Fave app and update the card details if any replacement card issued.
